Calling All Curious Minds (Age 12+): Ham Radio Workshop in Panjim!

Students and citizens of India aged 12 and above with an interest in science and technology are invited to a fun and informative Ham Radio Workshop on Sunday, June 2nd at Jambul Café, Panjim.

This 2-hour workshop will introduce you to the world of amateur radio, also known as Ham Radio. Learn how radio waves work, see live demonstrations, and even try your hand at using real radio equipment!

What you’ll learn:

• The basics of Ham Radio and its role in communication
• How radio waves work (frequencies, wavelengths)
• Hands-on experience with radio equipment
• How to get your own Ham Radio license (optional)

Did you know?

Any Indian citizen above 12 can become a licensed Ham radio operator by qualifying the Amateur Station Operators Licence examination.
